Thrive Gym is an independent fitness center located in Bolton and Rawtenstall in the North West. The gym offers a wide range of services including strength and conditioning, personal training, and group classes. The gym has been in operation since April 2022 and, while they already have a loyal customer base, they have been struggling to keep up with the competition and attract new customers.

THE CHALLENGE

Thrive Gym approached our team with the challenge of improving their marketing activity. The main problems they were experiencing included: an outdated website, an unstable website, no new leads being generated, and no email communications going out.

We developed a comprehensive plan to address these challenges. We started by creating a modern website that was optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. The website was designed to be user friendly and incorporate calls to action in order to encourage users to take action. We also created an email marketing campaign to target potential customers. The emails included special offers to encourage customers to visit the gym.

We then implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy to ensure the website was optimized for search engine rankings. We also incorporated social media into the mix by creating profiles on the most popular social media platforms and engaging with potential customers. 


 Finally, we implemented an analytics program to track and measure the results of our efforts. This enabled us to identify which channels were most effective and make adjustments to the campaign as needed.

Our efforts paid off. Within the three month of launching the new website and marketing campaign, the gym saw an increase in website leads with over 1000 over the first 3 months. They also experienced a 25% conversion rate form lead to member, which drive annual revenue to over £90,000.
